What does the price include?

The whole Lite product: set-ready and QR generation, the QR buying experience, the response clock, the live forecourt and manager view, purchase intent on every spec page, and the sales-team mobile app. The £79 covers all of it, with nothing held back behind a higher tier.

What does "per site" mean?

The monthly price is per business site, per month. A group with several sites pays per site. There are no per-user or per-seat charges on top — just the per-purchase-intent fee when a buyer commits.

Is the mobile app included?

Yes. The Pulse Lite app for iOS and Android is included for your sales team at no extra cost.

Is the price shown with or without VAT?

The price is shown excluding VAT, as is standard for a business product. VAT is added at the prevailing rate.

How does the 30-day trial work?

You start a trial, we configure Pulse Lite for your site, and you run it for 30 days on your own forecourt. No card is needed to begin, and we talk after 30 days about whether to continue.

Will it interfere with our DMS?

No. Pulse Lite sits alongside your DMS and changes nothing in it. It replaces the sales whiteboard, runs the forecourt journey from the QR to a committed buyer, and hands the customer back to your DMS once the sale is done.

Do you take a deposit or hold customer money?

No. Pulse Lite never takes a deposit or holds your customers' money, and there is no payment processor to set up. The buyer registers a firm intent to buy from the spec page, and you take payment your own way, exactly as you do now.

What is the £1 purchase-intent charge?

On top of the monthly price, you pay just £1 each time you action a purchase intent — that is, when a buyer commits to buy through their spec page. No money changes hands with the customer; you only pay the £1 when it is working for you.

Can we upgrade to full Pulse later?

Yes. Pulse Lite is the forecourt and customer half of Pulse. When you want the prep and appraisal stage as well, you can step up to full Pulse without starting over — the same product, with more of it.
